With more than 30 years of international experience in the industrial, financial services and mobility sectors, Charles Schult holds an Engineering degree from Clarkson University (USA) and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
Charles began his career with General Electric, where he spent 15 years in a series of leadership roles spanning engineering, manufacturing, corporate audit, and banking operations. This broad experience provided him with a unique perspective on operational excellence, financial services, and organizational transformation in a global environment.
In 2010, Charles joined Arval (BNP Paribas group), where he held several senior IT leadership positions, overseeing software development, acquisition integrations, and IT production services. Throughout his tenure, he played a key role in supporting business growth, driving operational efficiency, and modernizing technology platforms.
Charles joined Mobilize Financial Services in 2023, where he participated in the creation of Mobilize Lease&Co’s IT department and supported business development.
Effective September 1, 2026, Charles Schult became Chief Information Officer at Mobilize Financial Services. He joined the company's Executive Committee and reports directly to Martin Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of Mobilize Financial Services.
