Mathieu Oudot takes over from Sandrine Blec-Recoquillay, Mobilize Financial Services' Human Resources and Communications Director since April 1, 2020. He will report to Frédéric Schneider, acting CEO of Mobilize Financial Services.

Mathieu Oudot was born in 1971 and graduated from the Rouen School of Management with a double major in Finance and Human Resources.
After starting his career in 1997 with Rexel (PPR) in France and Australia, Mathieu Oudot joined the GE Group in 2002.
Within GE Corporate and GE Capital (BtB and BtC banking activities), he spent 12 years in France, the USA and Australia within several Executive Committees, as HR Leader focusing on change management in line with the strategic vision of the business.
During this period, from 2011 to 2014, Mathieu Oudot held both the role of HR Director for GE Money Bank France and that of HR Director for GE France, across all businesses.
Since 2014, Mathieu Oudot has been with Genpact (a consulting and services company), where he ended up as Global HR Leader for the High Tech and Manufacturing BU (35,000 peoples), a position he held until the summer of 2023.
