To make electric vehicles more accessible, in August 2019 our Swiss subsidiary RCI Finance launched Green Leasing, a new financing offer covering two zero-emission vehicles, Renault ZOE and Renault Kangoo Z.E., available to all fleet customers.
This offer aims at contributing to reduce CO2 emissions by Renault in Switzerland.
A leasing offer dedicated to electric vehicles
The Green Leasing offer is based on an interest rate of 0.0% for 12, 24 and 36-month contract periods. In addition, payment protection insurance (PPI) is built into the offer to provide financial security. Working with our insurance partner, 15% reduction in car insurance premiums is also available to all our electric vehicle customers.
With Green Leasing, we want to make electric vehicles central to our financing offers in order to encourage customers to acquire an electric vehicle.

The offer has been a hit. Volumes of Renault electric vehicles increased by more than 80% in 2019 compared with 2018.
By introducing this new product, we are meeting demand from electric vehicle customers and supporting Renault's electric offensive in Switzerland.
