Born in 1966, Hélène Tavier, is graduated from ESSEC. She started her career in audit within Arthur Andersen. She joined Group Renault in 1993 and was in charge, within RCI Banque, of several positions in accounting then CFO of RCI Banque Spain, deputy to International VP and Corporate Marketing GM. Hélène Tavier integrated Renault HR function in 2007, as head of Recruitment then Compensation & Benefits for Renault France. Since 2011, she is GM, Strategic Workforce Planning, in charge of Group Resources & Competencies Management within Group & Alliance HR.
