The main aims of the new organisation are to centralise the operational management of business, and to put customers and their satisfaction back at the heart of products and services design. 

Two new divisions are created:

  • Sales and Operations Division. By bringing brand and country teams under the same division, this new team will steer and coordinate global performance with greater fluidity. 
  • Marketing and Strategy Division. This team will ensure that products and offers are ever more customer-focused. Within this division, the Mobility & Energy team will contribute to the transition to more sustainable mobility by participating in the development of the ecosystem around electric vehicles.

Xavier Derot, who is International Director of Mobilize Financial Services, has been appointed as Vice-President, Sales and Operations. Aude Fauchie, currently Managing Director, Nordics, has been appointed as Vice-President, Marketing and Strategy. They join the Executive Committee of Mobilize Financial Services.

Mobilize Financial Services has defined four strategic priorities for 2025:

  • To be the market leader in operational leasing, in response to changing customer habits
  • To create more value for its customers by optimising its Insurance & Services portfolio
  • To harmonise its Digital & IT infrastructure to make customer journeys smoother and faster, and improve the customer experience
  • To strengthen competitiveness by improving efficiency and profitability

These four strategic priorities are backed up by cross-functional strategies focusing on risk management, compliance and sustainable development.

Aude Fauchie began her career in 2001 at Mobilize Financial Services France (formerly Diac), as a field manager in charge of developing sales of financing and services for the Renault and Nissan automobile distribution dealer networks. 

Between 2007 and 2013, she successively held the positions of Sales Methods Product Manager, then Senior Product Manager within the corporate teams. In these roles, she played an active part in the development of packaged offers and the overhaul of the Group's used vehicle strategy. She then joined the France corporate division as Business Services Manager, where she managed a back office dedicated to leasing and the provision of services for key accounts. 

She then took up the position of Regional Director in Nancy, before moving to Lyon in 2016, where she and her team lead and develop sales of finance and services in the Renault, Dacia and Alpine dealer networks. She works closely with the manufacturer's local teams. 

Drawing on her marketing and field experience, she was appointed Marketing Director of the French subsidiary in 2018. She is particularly committed to digitising and enriching the sales pathways for customers alongside manufacturers, and to making CRM more customised using new scoring tools and marketing campaigns. With her teams, she is launching new products in support of the Group's strategy, such as services and financing dedicated to electric vehicles, and white-label services for used and Mitsubishi vehicles. 

Until 2023, she will be helping to implement marketing strategies in order to support the company's growth and innovation.  In June 2023, she added to her international career with the group by taking up the position of Managing Director of the Nordic subsidiary of Mobilize Financial Services, covering Sweden and Denmark. 

From 1 September 2024, she will be responsible for the Marketing and Strategy Division of Mobilize Financial Services,  and will become a member of the Executive Committee. 

Xavier Derot, 52, began his career with RCI Banque in 2000, as International Development Manager. 

After graduating from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble in 1994, he held various positions at RCI Banque, abroad across three countries and in corporate functions. 

In the latter, he was responsible for the bank's relations with Nissan between 2006 and 2010, and was RCI Banque's Regional Operations Director for its G10 and Euromed subsidiaries. 

Abroad, Xavier was Managing Director of the German subsidiary, then of RN Bank Russia, RCI Bank-Nissan's joint venture with UniCredit in Russia, between 2013 and 2022. 

Since October 2022, Xavier has held the position of International Director of Mobilize Financial Services, in charge of activities across 12 of the Group’s markets. 

Xavier is married with two children.
