Our Portuguese subsidiary introduced new operating lease offers for Nissan customers in July and for Renault and Dacia customers in October, aimed at both professionals and private individuals.
Nissan, Renault and Dacia now propose operating lease solutions with different levels of services included, under the Nissan Renting Move brand for private and business customers, and Renault Fleet Renting and Dacia Fleet Renting for businesses. The duration of contracts can vary from 24 to 60 months.
These solutions can include two different levels of service:
- A basic level of services: maintenance, roadside assistance, registration tax, 24-hour customer and driver platform, inspection, etc.
- An inclusive service package via a single contract, including car insurance, tyre services, a replacement vehicle, etc.
Fleet customers of these packages will soon be able to add Myndfleet to their contract to benefit from connected services thanks to onboard telematics.
Operating lease offers are available in dealerships and online
Customers in Portugal can access these offers by enquiring at a car dealership or on the websites of the Nissan, Renault and Dacia brands. If they select the online option, the dealership will call them back instantly to finalise the vehicle order and the lease contract.
Upon delivery of the vehicle to the dealership, the driver receives a welcome letter with a QR code that gives them access to the user manual. They also benefit from a dedicated hotline available 7 days a week.
