Pierre-Yves Beaufils
Born in 1974 and a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, Pierre-Yves Beaufils began his career at Rhône-Poulenc in 1997 before joining the Audit Department of Renault Group as Internal Audit Manager in 1999. In 2002, he took charge of the development of the commercial network for the northern regional management of the French Commercial Department.
In 2005, he joined RCI Bank and Services as holding cost controller until 2006, before moving to Warsaw to take up the position of financial director of RCI Banque Poland for four years. He was appointed Director of the Credit Risk Department in 2010, then Chief Executive Officer of RCI Financial Services Korea in Seoul in 2014. Since September 2018, Pierre-Yves Beaufils held the position of Chief Executive Officer of RCI Banque Germany, then of the Germany, Austria and Switzerland zone. As of July 1, 2021, he is appointed Chief Compliance Officer of RCI Bank and Services.
Marc Lagrené
Born in 1965, Marc Lagrené is a graduate of HEC. He started his career in 1991 at RCI Banque S.A. as performance controller. From 1995 to 2010, he held alternating positions in management control and credit risk in Italy, at DIAC and at the headquarters of RCI Banque S.A. From 2011 to 2014, he was Managing Director of RCI Banque Argentina. In October 2018, after four years in the group internal control department, he was appointed Vice President, Customers and Operations of RCI Banque S.A. and became a member of the Executive Committee. Since February 1, 2021, he has been VP, Credit on the Executive Committee. On September 1, 2021, he will become Chief Risk Officer of RCI Bank and Services.
Philippe Durand
Born in 1967, Philippe Durand has spent a large part of his career at Crédit Agricole, first as head of the General Inspection Department from 2002 to 2005, then for three years as CFO of BFC Antilles Guyane, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole. He returned to mainland France in 2008 to take up the position of financial project manager at Crédit Agricole's head office, where he was responsible, among other things, for reorganising the financial and accounting departments of the bank's Serbian and Gabonese subsidiaries. He then continued his career in Portugal, as Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2014, then as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance and IT until 2016, of Banco Credibom, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group in which he also joined the Executive Committee. Since 2016, he has held the position of Chief Credit Officer of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Group. As of September 1, 2021, he will become VP, Credit of RCI Bank and Services.
