The program seeks to develop a personal mentoring relationship between two people for five months. During this period, a person of extensive professional experience – the mentor – will provide the mentee with guidance and support in working towards a common goal.
Who is the program for? The mentees are young men and women aged between 15 and 25, in a situation of social vulnerability that is directly impacting their ability to finish school or to develop skills that will help them gain access to the labor market.
As part of its CSR approach, RCI Banque Sucursal Argentina has asked employees to volunteer for the program by becoming mentors. Almost 10% of them have volunteered. Their main role? To support the young person for the five months of the program, with weekly points to track the progress of the mentee.
