For the first time, Renault Bank direkt was distinguished as part of the survey led by OEGVS published in May in Trend magazine. The savings business of the Austrian subsidiary won first prize in the "Sight Deposit Conditions" category with a "Very Good" rating. It also came third in the "Fixed-Term Deposit Rate" category and earned a "Good" rating in the "Customer Service" category. The online bank was rewarded for the attractive conditions of its savings account (including unlimited payments, withdrawals and period, and assistance seven days a week) and the quality of its customer service.
RCI Bank and Services launched its deposit collection business in Austria in 2014 with an offer of sight and fixed-term accounts. At end-2016, Renault Bank direkt had already won over nearly 16,000 customers, an increase of 14% on 2015.
