In January 2018, responding to the needs of its increasingly connected Brazilian customers and the success of Renault Kwid pre-reservations, which were four times higher than expected, Renault launched K commerce, a fully online platform that makes it easy for customers to buy a Renault Kwid anytime, anywhere, with cash or financing.
Brazilian customers can now use their tablet, smartphone or computer to acquire a Renault Kwid online. After choosing Zen, Life or Intense version, and color of its vehicle, the customer simulate the down payment and monthly installments with the financing package, choose a delivery dealership, get a value for their current vehicle, and pick a preferred payment method.
Banco RCI Brasil decides to go further and launches, last April, a new online pre-authorization solution, to make it easier for customers to apply for financing. The novelty: the financing application is registered and the customer gets instant automatic notification that the file has been accepted. The last online step is to provide the down payment. For this, customers can make a secure credit card or boleto payment using our RCI e-payment solution.
The administrative paperwork is then signed and approved at the Renault dealership.
Among the financing solutions on offer, Banco RCI Brasil has included a package that comes with insurance cover against death, disability and job loss.
