Our Austrian subsidiary launched its new customer space: RCI Connect. A platform accessible 24/7 from a computer, a tablet or a smartphone and dedicated to customers.
On this new online platform, customers can consult contract details, access their personal and banking information, modify them online, track their payments or instantly view the value to be paid in case of early termination of a contract.
RCI Connect is based on a new, modern design that is more intuitive for the customer. The objective is of course to serve the customer and accompany him in his expectations of autonomy, efficiency and permanent information. As a result, calls to the customer service platform are reduced and teams can focus on higher value-added tasks.
The creation of the customer space contributes to a customer-centric approach, at the core of RCI Bank and Services’ strategy. « The project RCI Connect in Austria fits in perfectly with our desire to put customers at the heart of our actions, says Frédéric Naud, Managing Director of RCI Banque Österreich.
