In early May, Orfin Finansman[1] launched its online loan pre-approval system on the Renault, Dacia and Renault SELECTION[2] websites. This new tool aims to optimize the digital journey of Groupe Renault customers, for new and used cars. As regards used vehicles, it’s a first local initiative for RCI Bank and Services.

 

In a country where half of the population is under the age of 30 and has 40 million smartphone users, Orfin Finansman has helped Renault, leader on the market, to digitize customer financing requests.  The launch of the online pre-approval system appeals to new customers on this market with strong growth potential. It also makes it easier for dealers to process pre-approved customers.

On the Renault SELECTION website in Turkey, customers can now submit a financing request online and receive a quick response in just few seconds. They choose their used vehicle online and calculate the specifics of their financing offer. Thanks to the automated online pre-approval system, a response is sent to the customer by SMS and email instantly; if application is approved, the data is transferred to the dealer via the Renault DMS[3]. Then the customer is contacted and invited to the showroom by selected dealer. Dealer will complete loan process and have the customer sign to contract.

An initiative in the Turkish used car market in line with the ambition of RCI Bank and Services to enrich the experience of its customers through digital.
