Etienne Boris is a graduate of ESCP Business School.
Most of his career has been spent with the audit and consulting firm PwC, where he has held a number of positions in the Paris, London and New York offices. He was appointed Partner in 1989, European Financial Services Leader from 1998 to 2005, Managing Partner for France in 2005, and member of the EMEA Executive Committee from 2012 to 2018. As a Senior Partner, he was a member of the Global Executive Committee "Clients and Markets" from 2012 to 2018, with responsibility for this area for the EMEA region. He was Chairman of the Global Accounting Committee of PwC from 2006 to 2012. As Global Relationship Partner from 1989 to 2018, he was responsible for global auditing and liaison with major financial institutions and multinational industrial companies.
Since 2018, Etienne Boris is a member of the Board of Directors of Barclays Europe, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk Committee and Nomination Committee. He has been a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Stahl B.V., a global group in the specialty chemicals sector, since 2019.
Etienne Boris is appointed Director of RCI Banque with effect from 1 January 2022.
