Isabelle Maury holds a Master’s degree in Financial Techniques from ESSEC, a post-graduate diploma in Banking and Finance and a Master’s degree in Applied Economic and Management Modeling from the Université Paris X.
After starting her career as an auditor at Deloitte, she held several operational positions within the corporate banking divisions of three major banking groups (Crédit Lyonnais, Société Générale and Groupe BPCE - Natixis). She became Chief Risk Officer of the Banque Populaire group in 2007, then of the BPCE group in 2009, and joined its Executive Committee, was in charge of managing the group’s risks and governance, headed a number of regulatory programs, was responsible for relations with the regulatory and supervisory authorities and supervised Natixis’ compliance.
After founding IM7 Consulting in 2017, she provided consultancy services to Executive Officers to help them to develop more professional governance approaches, shore up relations with the supervisory authorities, manage crisis situations and increase the effectiveness of risk, audit and compliance functions.
Since 2017, she has also contributed to the teaching programs at the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Sciences Po.
Isabelle Maury was appointed as a director of RCI Banque on December 5, 2019.
