Laurent David, who was born in 1971, is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
He began his career in 1998, within the RCI Group, as a regional manager at Diac, before becoming the Chief Executive Officer of the Polish subsidiary between 2001 and 2007. He joined RCI’s head office in 2007 as VP, Management Control. He was Head of Management Control of Renault’s Europe Sales & Marketing Division between 2010 and 2013, then VP, Accounting and Management Control of RCI Banque. He then became Chief Financial Officer of Nissan Europe.
He has been Renault Group VP, Sales, Marketing & Regions Control and Performance since 2019. Then, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Dacia business unit from 2021 to 2022. Since 2022, Laurent David has been Senior Vice President, Controller of Renault Group.
Laurent David was also a member of the Board of directors of RCI Banque from 2019 to 2022.
As of March 1, 2025, Laurent David is appointed as a member of the Board of directors of RCI Banque.
