Ms. Ines Serrano is a Spanish national.
Holding a degree in business and economics from Comillas Pontificial University in Madrid, Spain, Mrs. Ines Serrano was the first woman to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification in Spain.
Ms. Ines Serrano has spent the majority of her career within the Santander Group, and has notably held the position of Deputy General Manager and Head of Business within Santander Consumer Finance, which is a leading credit institution specializing in consumer finance in Europe, for many years (12 years). Mrs. Ines Serrano also has extensive experience in credit institution governance, having been a member of several Boards of Directors of Santander's European subsidiaries.
As of January 1, 2025, Mrs. Ines Serrano is appointed board member of RCI Banque.
