why did you join Mobilize Financial Services?
Speaking more generally, I chose to join Renault Group because it greatly stimulates my desire to be an entrepreneur...to take part in the challenge of creating a new brand within a company, I think it's the most stimulating experience for someone who wants to make an impact in what they do, perhaps by being part of a team that leaves its mark, that does something important...
Certainly Renault Group is, in my opinion, in an unprecedented challenge, a company that has to transform itself... operating in a sector undergoing a total revolution. I certainly don't like the quietness of the job!
Mobilize Financial Services is more particularly a lever for the group, and it will play a key role in the transformation that will lead us to leadership in sustainable mobility. Mobilize Financial Services is a solid company, that moves a huge turnover with commercial and customer satisfaction performance levels that I've never seen before, an incredible team... which makes undoubtedly fertile ground in which to sow innovation.
which moment do you prefer in your work day?
The moment just after a big challenge... for example... a meeting with a client, a presentation at headquarters, the launch of something new, a meeting with the network or journalists...
That brief moment when you can celebrate together with the team an achievement, if things went well, read the satisfaction in your colleagues' eyes, smile and say thank you, taking a moment to relax.
a sentence you often say at work?
There are a few... the one of the moment is "The first answer is not always the right one".
When working on new things or on the need for change, challenging the 'status quo' ... we often find that 'ready-made' or 'easily achievable' is not what we need, or doesn't solve our problems, or even worse what we and our competitors have already been doing for some time.
All it takes is a bit of imagination and a lot of perseverance and the most important things happen... genius is 1% inspiration... 99% perspiration... here's another quote, not mine but one I like very much.
which group value do you prefer?
Think big, start small and scale fast
It's a way to get off to a fast start and see if you're on the right track... or give up.
Or commit the resources at the right time to then do the big things and make your mark!
