In 1964, DIAC Italia S.P.A. was founded in Milan to develop loans for Renault cars in the Italian market.
In 1971, it was transferred to Rome. In 2001 DIAC became RNC, the captive finance company for Renault and Nissan, operating under Finrenault and Nissan Finanziaria commercial brands.
In 2007, RNC became RCI Banque Succursale Italiana.
It operated in the Italian market also under Daciafin and Infiniti Financial Services commercial brands with a global team of over 200 financial and services specialists.
In 2016, RCI Banque adopted RCI Bank and Services Italia commercial name.
In 2022, Finrenault and Daciafin became Mobilize Financial Services: Finrenault, Daciafin and RCI Bank and Services Italia, commercial brands of RCI Banque SA Succursale Italiana, became Mobilize Financial Services, joining forces in a new brand to develop a full range of innovative services and digital experiences and accelerate the transition towards a “greener” mobility allowing customers to reduce user costs.
